RETURNS

Samantha Salmons Jewellery is happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (overseas). This EXCLUDES Jewellery MADE TO YOUR ORDER. In rare cases, if you are unhappy with your commission, Sam can liaise directly with you to arrange alteration for an additional cost or an exchange. Unfortunately Sam can not offer refunds on commissioned pieces.

All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging.

Sam advises that all returns are sent by Special Insured Delivery, as Sam is unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for. Unfortunatlely Sam is unable to email you upon receipt of your parcel, if you would like to confirm that your parcel has arrived, please check your tracking number on the parcel courier’s website.

Returns are usually processed within 14 working days, although during busy periods this may vary.

As soon as Sams received and taken care of your return, Sam will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.

Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.

All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds will always be processed onto the same payment used for purchase.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS & EXCHANGES
